Marina Mercantile & Zenith Holland Nursery invite you to a whimsically elegant Valentine's Dinner Date!

Join us in the Zenith Holland Greenhouse for a special Valentine's Evening featuring four courses prepared by Marina Mercantile.

Wine will be available for pre-order only.

VALENTINE'S MENU:

Apertivo

  • MM Chips & Dip - Kettle chips with créme fraiche, topped with white sturgeon caviar and deviled eggs (with or without Pappy Van Winkle smoked trout roe)

Salad

  • Mixed Greens with pears, pecans and creamy pomegranate vinaigrette or creamy pesto dressing

Main Course (choose one)

  • Lamb or Mushroom Ragu served over creamy polenta with herbed green beans

Dessert (choose one)

  • Slice of Devil's-food Mocha Cake or Saintly White Chocolate w/lemon curd cake
