Museum of Fright

During spooky season, the Museum of Flight transforms into The Museum of Fright! The museum’s spacious galleries provide Halloween carnival-style games and activities to spark imagination, innovation and get in the Halloween spirit. Take part in seasonal activities, special displays, and encounter other frightful surprises. Costumes welcome!

Costume Kid and Pet Parades at Westfield Southcenter

Dress up your pet or your child in their favorite costume and enjoy a fun-filled parade with prizes, giveaways, music and photo opportunities. The schedule is tight, so if you want to participate, be sure to review it in advance and arrive at your check-in time! If you just want to be a spectator, just show up and enjoy the cuteness.

The Great Pumpkin Night

Celebrate the Halloween season with an evening of costumes, games, crafts, and fall fun at The Great Pumpkin Night in SeaTac. This family-friendly community celebration includes lots of activities for kids: face painting, bouncy houses, and opportunities to meet firefighters and police officers. Attendees can also participate in a costume swap. The evening wraps up with a family-friendly movie beginning at 7:30 p.m., complete with popcorn.

Annual Halloween Carnival

Dress up for an evening of Halloween fun at the Tukwila Community Center! This free, all-ages carnival features games, face painting and art activities, plus a selfie booth and s’more making. A live DJ provides the soundtrack, and food trucks will be on-site.

3rd Annual Howl-O-Ween Party

Give your four-legged friend a chance to show off their Halloween costume at A Dog’s Dream Des Moines’ third annual Howl-O-Ween Party! Held inside the historic Des Moines Theater, this free event features a pet costume contest and a holiday market for an afternoon of seasonal fun.

Celebrate spooky season in style at these 21+ and over Halloween events and parties in the Seattle area.

Haunted Skies: Snakes on a Plane

Buckle up for a Halloween party inspired by “Snakes on a Plane”! This after-hours event for ages 21 and older brings 2000s nostalgia to the Museum of Flight, with a screening celebrating the film’s 20th anniversary and a DJ spinning throwback hits. Explore the museum after dark, try a flight simulator and show off your costume for a chance to win prizes. Food trucks and alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show

Do the Time Warp at the Des Moines Theater’s first presentation of The Rocky Horror Picture Show! Each evening pairs the cult-classic film with live variety acts and plenty of audience participation, plus vendors, food and cocktails. Come in costume and join the call-backs and confetti-filled fun. Prop bags will be available at the door, with proceeds benefiting Waterland Pride. Ages 21 and older.
